ABOUT US

Down-to-earth roots. A forward-looking mission.

Northway Technologies was founded in 2014 as a 100% woman-owned technology reseller with a simple belief: great technology doesn’t need to be flashy — it just needs to work, solve real problems and help people run better businesses.

With over 60 years of combined experience working alongside both technologists and the business units they support, we’ve built a reputation for helping clients navigate an ever-changing IT landscape with clarity, insight and a consultative, customer-first approach. Whether it’s storage, virtualization, disaster recovery or modern cloud-based architectures like SASE, we focus on bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions that actually make an impact.

We don’t chase trends — we build partnerships. Our passion lies in architecting the right solution, whether it’s a well-known platform or an emerging technology, always aligned with our clients’ strategic and operational goals. At Northway, we measure success by the value we add, the money we save you and the people we empower along the way.

WHERE WE’RE HEADED

In 2025 and beyond, we’re doubling down on our mission to help clients stay efficient, secure, and scalable — and that includes embracing Secure Access Service Edge (SASE). This approach is reshaping how businesses think about security and connectivity, and we’re proud to be aligning with Cato Networks as one of their premier partners in New England.

With deep expertise in SASE architecture and hands-on experience with Cato’s technology, our team — led by CEO Nikki Larkin and Head of Business Development Pete Diamandis — is helping clients adopt this powerful evolution in IT infrastructure. It's not about chasing buzzwords. It's about putting the right tools in place — tools that work, scale, and add meaningful value.

The success of our recent event at 21 North, where we highlighted Cato’s role in Carlsberg’s global operations, reinforced a simple truth: business, technology, and community are more connected than ever. Today, it’s not just about delivering technology. It’s about recognizing what’s needed and building solutions that truly make a difference.

More Than a Tech Partner

Our shared ownership of 21 North, a local restaurant, has brought a new layer of clarity to the work we’ve been doing for years. The casual, unfiltered conversations we’ve had there — with friends, business owners, and technologists alike — have reawakened our understanding of what truly matters when it comes to technology: solving real problems in real time, with real people in mind.

Those ongoing conversations have deepened our passion for helping clients use current technologies more effectively — not as buzzwords, but as practical tools for efficiency, profitability and connection. That lived experience continues to shape how we think about partnership, scalability and what it means to support a business at every stage of growth.
